...7 Months Old!

Hello Everyone!

I am seven months old today! Each month just gets more and more exciting for me! Since last month, I have been very busy because Mommy is out of school for the summer. We go shopping a lot with Aunt Amy, Ian, and Molly, and watch Daddy play softball. I get to see Uncle Tate at the games because he plays on the same team! A lot of times Mimi and Pop-Pop are at the games, too! I love eating my meals and really like vegetables more than I like fruits. I hold my own bottle sometimes and I am working on drinking from a sippy cup. I also cut my first tooth on the bottom left and I am working on the bottom right tooth! Teething makes me a little cranky but chewing on cold teething rings and rags makes me feel better! I can almost sit up by myself for longer amounts of time, but sometimes I forget what I am doing and fall over. I don't mind going back to my belly or back because now I can scoot around to get anything that I want to touch! I sometimes get up on all fours and rock back and forth. Maybe I will start crawling soon!

I saw some bright lights in the sky and my parents told me they were fireworks. I also got to see sparklers. I started swimming this month in Grammom and Poppy's pool and I like it as long as I can be very close to Mommy or Daddy and hold on to a toy to feel safe. I tasted watermelon, ice cream, and popsicles this month and I think they are pretty delicious.

I also had a fun time celebrating Daddy's, Molly's, and Uncle Brian's birthdays! Fourth of July was pretty cool, too! I hope that you are enjoying your summer as much as I am!
