...Nursery Progress Take 5!

This weekend was dedicated to working on the nursery. We have the crib but still need to bring the dressers over to our house. This is how the room looked Saturday morning before we got started!
Jimmy on the ladder trying to get a straight line to divide the green and the white. This was very difficult because the room is uneven.

The tape line is complete! Time to get some color on the wall!

Working so hard that I needed a lollipop for energy. haha Too much Halloween candy laying around!

Success! The line was perfect when we took off the tape!

And....the reason that we are getting new carpet on Tuesday!

...Baby Shower #3!

Yesterday at school my co-workers had a shower for Christine Motley (due Dec. 1) and me! Everything was so adorable and creative! I wouldn't expect anything less from teachers! We now have MORE gifts to sort and put away. Everyone was so generous! Even though I felt yucky all day, the baby shower brightened my spirits for a few hours! It turns out I have bronchitis, and heard that 8 of my 21 students were absent today!!!!!

We had another shower today! Thanks so much to Jimmy's side (friends and family) for the fabulous shower! We got so many great gifts for the baby! Thank goodness I got a few things put away from last week!

Thank you so much to our wonderful friends and family for the Baby Shower yesterday! Thank you to Mom and Amy for hosting the shower! Everything was perfect! This is a picture of the dining room after we did some unpacking and assembling....we need a garage!
